When you purchase from SmileData, we collect your name, email address, and payment information (processed by Stripe — we never store raw card numbers). We also collect standard server logs (IP addresses, browser type, pages visited).
SmileData contains B2B contact information about dental practices and their owners. This is business contact data sourced from public records (NPI registry, Google Places, public websites). It is not consumer personal data and falls outside the scope of CCPA consumer protections. As a purchaser, you are responsible for complying with CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and any applicable outreach regulations in your jurisdiction.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with Stripe (payment processing) and do not share with any other third parties.
We use industry-standard security practices. All payment processing is handled by Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1 certified). Download links are unique, token-based, and expire.
